We provide design, analysis, and management services that improve a customers productivity. This includes designing for manufacturability, simulating mold filling, packing, and cooling to yield a higher quality part and improve throughput at the machine. We also work to gain an understanding of the processing issues involved to get the most out of the operation and to implement new value-added technologies that provide higher quality in less time.

Plastech Consulting is a full service productivity based engineering firm providing state-of-the-art solutions to the challenges of today's plastic products.  Our services include product design, engineering, mold simulation analysis, structural finite element analysis, laboratory testing and characterization, reverse engineering, process troubleshooting, mold design, mold build and processing window optimization.  PCI's clients have enjoyed extraordinary success utilizing our SynTec procedure by applying various technologies and knowledge to reduce product cycle times by 50% or more, thus allowing them to become more globally competitive.  PCI customers vary in size from start-up operations through multi-billion dollar corporations.  Industries presently serviced by PCI are consumer products, automotive, aerospace, defense, electrical components, food service, distribution, medical, seating, packaging and construction.
